Expected more for a Wyndham Baymont property. Not clean and computer wasn't working so unable to room keys, front desk attendant had to let us in our room. Had to call a number to get service when checking in and checking out - at check out she wouldn't even come to the desk. Will not be back.

1. THE ELECTRONIC CARD KEY SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING, SO EVERY TIME WE WANTED TO RETURN TO OUR ROOM, WE HAD TO CALL THE DESK CLERK TO COME AND LET US BACK INTO THE ROOM. VERY ANNOYING. 2. THE ROOM HAD A VERY UNPLEASANT ODOR, A KIND OF URINE SMELL. 3. THERE WERE NO DRINKING CUPS IN THE ROOM. 4. WE HAD A COUPLE OF LARGE BUGS CRAWING ARROUND ON THE CEILING. 5. THE TILE PART OF THE WAS STICKY TO WALL ON AND THE CARPETS HARD DIRT BUILD UP IN THE CORNERS. 6. THE DRAIN STARTED BACKING UP IN THE SHOWER. I CLEARNED A WAD OF HAIR OUT OF IT TO GET IT TO DRAIN. 7. THE RECLINER CHAIR IN THE ROOM WAS BROKEN AND DID NOT RECLINE. POSITIVE POINT. THE STAFF WAS POLITE AND FRIENDLY. TO SUM IT UP, I HAVE STAYED IN THIS MOTEL SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST. IT NOW SEAMS THE MAINTENANCE IS BEING NEGLECTED. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE, BUT I WOULD NOT RE- COMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE, NOR WOULD I STAY THERE AGAIN. BOB W.

I would have rated this hotel lower, however the price was amazing and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I always consider those two factors first when submitting a rating. The first room they put me in had black mold on the walls and a strong smell. I spoke with the front desk staff and they were happy to move me to a new room. The next room was much better. The room didn't have any smells, however it was still very dirty. If your main goal is to save money while passing through Paducah, I'd recommend this hotel but BE PREPARED to be a little grossed out. A deep clean of the property and addressing the mold issues on the bottom floor/middle of the building would go a long way!

Room was nice, but hotel is a little run down. None of the keypads work around the hotel so people leave the outside doors propped open. The breakfast eggs are really bad, they do not know how to cook these eggs. Overcooked. No yogurt or fresh fruits. Get there early or once they run out. there is no one to replenish any of it.
