Our one-night stay was nice - the facilities were satisfactory - this hotel needs help - they are seriously understaffed. Felt bad for the one women during breakfast time - she was trying her very best to keep things going and take care of ten things at a time.

Coffee maker was broke, so had to drive across the street to a convenience store. Unable to use coffee maker in the room because the pods didn't fit. Breakfast selection was what most hotels offer. There was a spider and some other type of bug in the bathtub. Beds were comfortable. Quiet and safe place to stay. The manager on duty was kind enough to give us an extra hour to check out because my sister was sick. But we arrived an hour early and even though they had rooms ready, they were going to charge an additional $25. Not a terrible place to stay, but I will probably choose another hotel if I stay in Paducah again.

I expected better from Comfort Inn. While the rooms were acceptable (a few maintenance issues like shower handle fell off into the shower). The hall carpets were filthy, entry way had cigarette butts and dirt all over. Overall unacceptable. I'm not sure I'll use Comfort Inn again.

First gave us a dirty/used room. Then quickly gave us a new one. Smell is horrid in room. Carpet and the dresser drawers stunk so bad. A dirty towel was still hanging up. Mold in shower. Dropped my glasses under the night stand and there was an old muffin. Tv broken along with blow dryer. Breakfast was just not good at all. Out of quite a bit. Just was over all gross. I hate writing reviews like this but I felt is was necessary so others don't waste their money. Go somewhere else, seriously.
