Pro - my room was clean Con - staff. Im wondering if staff isn't allowed to be friendly? Workout room - thermostat was removed so I worked out in 82 degees. Room - loose toilet and toilet seat. Squeaky bed.

Under-staffed

The hotel is only four-years old. However, if not properly maintained, it will go downhill quickly. Its reasonable price point attracts a variety of clients (including out-of-town construction workers). The facility is quiet and our room was clean, but there are already signs of poor maintenance (missing drain plug in bathroom sink, traces of mold-growth in shower and a missing wall light shade and light bulb in our room). For a 5-night stay, we only managed to get some basic housekeeping 1 day! House-keeping staff is overworked and desk staff are under trained, shabby looking and not very hospitable.

Cousin’s funeral stay

Was pretty good overall. I tightened the toilet seat that was very loose. Only other complaint was that it took a very long time for the warm water to flow in the sink & shower. The water never got hot at all.

Paper thin ceiling. Heard guest above me all night walking around. Clerk at desk was less than pleasant at check in. Clerk in the am wouldn’t give me a pd receipt saying since it was a third party registration he couldn’t. Competition the night before had no problem giving me a receipt. I won’t stay here again.
