Walked in the room, dirty towel laying in the floor. Bathroom had paper in the corner. Dead bugs in the floor. Went down for breakfast. No coffee, limited food and no one in sight. Went to checkout, no one in sight. You can hear the people walking around above you. I’m short, I had to move the stool over by the bed to even get into it. I’m 5’1” tall. Not a place to get good sleep, a decent breakfast nor a clean room!

Nice hotel, awful breakfast.

Great hotel to stay but the quality of the service went way down. The breakfast was highly lacking, even the basics non existent and stale. The coffee was the worst I have ever tasted anywhere. We went out to peducah for breakfast the second morning to avoid theirs.

Front desk clerk was sleeping when I checked in at 7:00 pm. Carpet in room was wet and smelled. I went to ask to be moved to a new room. Clerk was sleeping again. Told me she would refund my money and I could leave. Parking lot lights on during the day and off at night. Poorly run

I was traveling with my 73 year old mom. The beds were very, very comfortable. The room seemed soundproof. The walls were in need of a paint job and the bathroom sink faucet was very loose. The a/c unit rattled non-stop. One of the wash clothes was stained. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room itself was very comfortable. The complaint was with the breakfast. It appears they had run out of most everything. There was no milk for the cereal. Only a couple of slices of bread. The refrigerator was empty. When I asked the front desk if I could get some milk, he told me that he doesn't have anything to do with the breakfast. "I can't help you" The problem was that he was the only person there. There wasn't anyone else to ask for assitance.

Good: The rooms were clean. HORRIBLE: Front desk associates were smoking pot. VERY strong smell and obvious signs of being high when they finally responded to us trying to check in. No outdoor lighting until after 9:30 - VERY UNSAFE. Breakfast area dirty, unkept. Food was inedible, except for toast. Waffle maker not working. No one monitoring/servicing that area. Our nightly rate was increased above quoted amount...and staff said manager would be in later on the day we were checking out. I will call

We arrived at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Paducah, KY at 2:45 pm. We were told that we couldn’t check in until three. The two young people at the desk were very unfriendly. The young man left and the girl left abruptly saying she had to see if any rooms were clean. Ten minutes later, she returned and checked us in. It was apparent when we got to our room that it had been quickly cleaned as there were used toiletries in the shower. The room was fine, beds were comfortable. Front desk staff needs to be more welcoming.

Negative stars

When I checked in, I stood there for several minutes before being greeted looking around and noticed the trash can at the front door was over flowing well 4 feet above the trash can, then when I was finally greeted the young lady started talking to me and all I smelled from her was weed. It was like a hangout place for friends there for the employee. When I walked into the room I was quite disappointed cause it looked liked kids made the beds. VERY SLOPPY. There was also stains in the shower curtain, lamp shade, walls, and also vent in bathroom was covered in dust and you could tell it’s been neglected and not cleaned. Then that night until 2am someone in the room above us was jumping around making noise and no one wanted to do anything about it to help resolve that problem. The day of check out, which check out is 11am…. I still had my DND sign on the door… housekeeping decided to ignore the DND sign and just enter my room at 10:02am as I wasn’t even dressed yet. There was 4+ males standing there looking at me as I told them check out is at 11am not now as I rushed to shut the door back. Definitely the worst stay I’ve ever experienced! (I have more photos but it will only allow me to upload 8)

First room needed to be vacuumed. Dead bolt on door would not work. Air conditioning would not work. Moved to a different room and air conditioning would not work. Ants crawling on the night stand and in the bed. After awhile they did get air conditioning to work. Will not recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and had a very good experience. The last two times have been not as good. The last time I was there, there was mud all over the road leading to the hotel, and my vehicle got filthy. This time, the room was not up to par. The toilet was loose and not properly bolted down, and the shower drain came loose in the shower.

New but disappointing.

The hotel was quite new. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The management and maintenance were poor. It was collection of smaller things that disappointed me. It was difficult to find, since there was no outdoor signage. The was grass outside the complex, but it was two foot tall and full of weeds.There were no towels in the lobby bathroom. The breakfast was spartan and no syrup for the waffles. Just very poor maintenance.

I have stayed here before and had a better experience. I won’t stay again. The trash in the lobby was overfull. The elevator floors and breakfast tables were sticky, and the walls are so thin I could hear everything the neighbor was saying until about 1 AM. Yes, he was loud but it was like it was right there. The room seemed clean though and the staff were overworked but kind.
