Excellent bed. Great A/C. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent water pressure. Quiet room. Moments from the highway and 15-minutes to downtown. Room had a faint smell of old cigarette smoke but was only slightly noticeable. Middle access hotel door was rigged in the unlocked position with zip ties. Overall, the stay was a great value and I would consider staying here in the future.

Good: comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean sheets and hotel room and bathroom. Bad: Incredibly loud air conditioners. Even when mine was off I could hear the A/C unit in the next room. Sink and bathtub didn’t drain properly.

This place was just ok. Staff was friendly when checking in. But the room had coins left on the floor, which makes me question if it was vacuumed. Bathroom towels felt damp and there weren’t any washcloths.

The room we had was filthy and gross. It was not clean and the ratings on Expedia do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel. We had been traveling 12 hours when we checked in after booking online, but when we arrived in the room we noticed there was dirt on door handles and frames etc but tried to just tell ourselves it was ok. But then, we opened the fridge after we already unpacked our stuff and changed to find bugs and grime. Super disgusting. Nothing was wiped down including the counters and I’m not even sure the floors were vacuumed. Essentially, the longer we were there that night the more grossness we found and yet with 3 kids and all our stuff unloaded with a 4 am wake up call, we had to deal with it. There was also yelling all throughout the night completely defeating the purpose of "rest" and dealing with the dirty room. Seriously, l've never had a worse experience at a hotel and we are all grossed out still thinking about it. I hope they take this review to heart and also Expedia doesn’t allow you to get refunds for these kinds of experiences as you can’t take it up with the hotel directly, so consider that when booking.

This is an older property with no frills but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable bedding, and the price is way below the neighboring properties. There are tons of great restaurants and shopping nearby including my new favorite regional BBQ place right next door: Bandanas. It's also right off the interstate. There is no breakfast at the hotel but there is a great donut / coffee place minutes away called Buzz Donuts and Coffee.

Booty a great place

The lobby had a really bad outdoor and so did the halls. You could smell smoke at the end of one hall. The room had a strange smell butt nothing compared to the lobby. Room was clean and the TV wasn't hooked up correctly when we got there but they quickly fixed it.

A good bed, quiet, but “pebble in the shoe” issues

We slept on a decent bed and we bathed, so mission accomplished. But, the poor quality was all around. Upon arrival at night, I stepped out of my car into a large quantity of sticky substance. Weeds populated the planters. The front staff were pleasant, both nighttime and morning. No shower curtain!! The toilet seat moved back and forth. No facial tissue in the dispenser. One of the two bedside lamps was not working. (Like the shower curtain, this mattered because there were two of us.) In the morning, a staffer knocked on the door and tried to say something but failed. I took a gamble with my Spanish and asked if he was trying to ask if we planned to stay another night. He said yes.
