First room had toothpaste on the vanity from the previous guest. They moved us to another room. That room had bugs in the sink and crawling near the refrigerator and on one wall, had hair in the tub and between the toilet tank and seat, the toilet seat was loose and moved all over, the heating unit made a scraping noise. Expedia rated this hotel as 8.8 out of 10. Google rated it 2.5 out of 5. We feel that some amount of reimbursement is in order. We believe that we were misled!

Anyone giving this place good reviews must be a bot or an employee. We chose to stay here based on the reviews and were completely misled. The first red flag should’ve been the burnt-out sign light—everything went downhill from there. Within minutes of checking in, we saw multiple cockroach-like bugs crawling around both our room and our kids’ room. The sheets were visibly stained and clearly hadn’t been washed. The bathroom was beyond disgusting, with black mold growing in both the shower and on the ceiling. This place was filthy and completely unacceptable. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Floor hadn't been vacuumed there was hair in the bed knats flying around bathroom light didn't work towels weren't even a bath towel we have stayed here many times the place has really gone down hill

The review said this was a very good hotel my opinion it was poor. The room was a supposed to be a non-smoking room, but smelled of smoke, there were no water glasses and there was mold on the ceiling above the shower.
