Non-existent near by amenities, other than Denny's restaurant. Not very friendly front desk. Rooms are very nice and clean due, I suspect, to being so new. Very meager breakfast. Incessant loud noises from adjacent made it impossible to obtain a good night sleep. We would probably stay there again.

Hotel was nice location good. Breakfast area congested and not setup up for easy flow but quality good seemed like everyone was in everyone elses way. Suprised to see country fried chicken as and option on breakfast. But good.

Nice property and clean . They only have 4 luggage trolleys, seems they could have a few more. People smoking outside the entry should be located further away or around a quiet corner area and not the area where all guests are coming and going

We were at the lake, it was very convenient to come off the lake and get to the hotel. The property was nice, the parking for the boat was a little tight as I had to unhook in order to park. But the parking lot was well lit and most of the boats were parked out back.

Convenient to Glen Canyon lookout point, short drive to Glen Canyon Dam and Hanging Garden. Rooms were clean, breakfast had nice variety (waffles/eggs/oatmeal/cereal) front desk staff were not the friendliest but we got what we came for; hiking & the scenery!
