The hotel front desk staff have serious problems with their attitude towards guests. They exhibited unreasonable behavior, blaming the guest for their own mistakes without even checking, and continued with an absurd attitude of criticizing the guest's behavior even after confirming their own errors. Even one star is too generous for this level of service, and I believe the hotel management must address this employee's work attitude for the hotel to improve.

Great location to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Hot breakfast buffet. Staff could’ve been a little friendly, smiling, greeting guests “ good morning etc “ when in the lobby or hallways.
