we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Breakfast menu was fantastic. the cons are: the furniture used for breakfasts could use some updating. some chairs were very dirty and the wood tables were very worn out. as well some of the chairs were very low to the table. they were at chin level.

When asked to make a room change, we were told that they did not make any changes on third party bookings. However they proudly displayed achievement awards from Expedia on the wall. Go figure!

We arrived at 5:00 and were told our room wasn't ready. No explanation or apology was given. When asked front desk said they were short housekeeping and sold out the night before. She didn't offer to keep our bags, say anything about water/coffee available, just said she'd print out keys and to go up in twenty minutes. I get stuff happens but offer an apology for the situation. We had to put all our bags back in our car.

Customer service does not exist! False advertisement of pool hot tub while it is only seasonal. understaffed which makes check in lines long and one agent at the front counter just doesn’t want to hear your concerns and directs you to call Expedia. Even when Expedia will call the property back, the front desk employee will not pick up the phone! There are better options/ views/prices around the city! Don’t waste your money…

We ended up with a room near the elevator which was a nightmare all night long. We heard everyone coming off the elevator and got little sleep. Maybe other room locations are better- but room 315- not great.
