The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area, featuring a cozy gas fireplace, to the inviting kitchen and dining space, making it perfect for entertaining or unwinding. This home makes for the perfect space to create unforgettable memories with loved ones. Step outside to enjoy not one, but two back porches (one off the living room and one of the master bedroom). Fire up the grill or Blackstone and soak in the gorgeous lake views and views of the wildlife that wander through the area. The large fenced yard, offers ample space for outdoor enjoyment for both you and your four legged friends!

This property is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with Lake Pagosa just steps away, providing endless opportunities for paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. The nearby golf course adds to the allure, inviting you to perfect your swing in a stunning natural setting. This home is located in the fantastic uptown area, combining convenience with tranquility. Relaxing stay

My family really enjoyed this property over spring break. It's in a quiet beautiful area and still has close access to shopping and restaurants. The house is well kept, clean, spacious, and fulfilled all of my family's needs. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, great location

Clean & cozy with a gas fireplace and a view of a lake from the kitchen/living room. The management was very responsive over text when a couple of small things happened. There's a doggie door and the backyard is fenced. We had a great time playing games on the big wooden dining table. We would stay there again if in the area!

Great Christmas Getaway

The house was perfect for a Christmas getaway. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a holiday away. They even ensured we had a Christmas tree. We would absolutely stay here again.
