It boasts an open layout with vaulted wood ceilings, upscale furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a loft for the kids.

This house is within eyesight of Lake Pagosa, where you will enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, and more! A short drive will bring you to hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the San Juan National Forest, while skiing and snowboarding are available at Wolf Creek Ski Area. Shops, dining, and the hot springs in town are also within a short drive.
