This home is strategically located in uptown Pagosa but only minutes from downtown amenities and activities!  Enjoy a woodsy view of the Golf Course on your own private back balcony where you'll feel like you are in a nicely forested neighborhood. The layout of this rental is surprisingly roomy and accommodating. Two separate private bedrooms will give you and your family or friends your own space. Extras can sleep on a comfortable trundle bed in the main living area! There is a full kitchen and two full bathrooms so you will have all the comforts of a nice residential home when you stay at Moose Tracks!

CONDO LAYOUT:

As you enter the main entrance you are welcomed with the kitchen and the dining area just to your left. Continue past the kitchen and you will see the main full bathroom straight ahead. Directly to your right is the first bedroom with a private queen bed. This room has a full closet and chest of drawers for your convenience. Expand from this room on your way to the living area. You have a nook to your right with a wonderful twin trundle bed for kiddos or guests. The large couch and love sofa are just ahead with a big screen TV for watching your favorite Netflix, Hulu, and related tv amenities.  In this living area to the back there is a sliding glass door that welcomes you to the elevated balcony where you can sit with your morning coffee and feel secluded in the pine trees. Taking a hard right from the living area is the Master Bedroom with a queen bed as well. This is a master suite with its own private bathroom and enlarged bathtub.  A separate shower and double sink vanity are here for your comfort!

- No parties or number of people staying than what is paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age

Nice condo unit and great communication with property manager

We booked a last minute ski trip and we’re pleased to find this condo available for a really reasonable price the week before Christmas. The condo itself was exactly as presented and was perfect for our family of four. The property manager communicated with us several times before and during our stay and generally wanted to make sure we were having a great stay.

Pagosa Perfection

Our condo was clean, spacious enough for four adults and two children and the location was perfect. We were about two miles away from the hub-bub of the traffic but close enough to drive to most activities within minutes. We took hikes, walked the golf course off prime time, went to see Wildlife adventures and enjoyed great restaurant options close by. Property Management was very accessible. We look forward to another stay at the same property next year, only longer. October is a stunning time to visit!

No actual Moose Tracks here, but a lovely spot for rest and relaxation

Absolutely lovely accommodations--well-designed with quality finishes and furnishings, tasteful decor, and well-chosen and useful appliances. French doors at the back of the living room open to a small rear deck to enjoy the view of the grounds and adjacent golf course as well as the cool morning, late afternoon, and evening breezes. Management was so nice and helpful throughout our stay.

Property was very nice very nicely equipped with essentials. We missed Tvs in the bedrooms and we kinda struggled operating the tv in the living area. But enjoyed our stay there very much. Also appreciated the ability to take a pet we didnt but that a pleasant option that if you have pets is very hard to find.
