Approximately 1,549 square feet, this spacious Three-Bedroom Deluxe Suite features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, Another King Bed in the Second Bedroom, and 2 Double Bed(s) in the 3rd bedroom including a kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Maximum of 8 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, and Jetted Tub.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Pagosa is La Plata Airport which is 38.52 miles by car respectively.

This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.

Some units include counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-under kitchen sink, no lip greater than 1/4 inch on slider door to access patio from other side, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, raised toilet (higher than typical units) and front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole.

Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center: The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center is currently open. A reservation is required for the pool and hot tub.

Pool & Hot Tub Information: Pool hours are 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for specific information.

This condo offers its guests an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly condo.
