A Note on Climate Control: There is NO air conditioning or heat in the unit—just like most homes in this region. With three ceiling fans and generous Hawaiian louver windows, natural ventilation keeps things comfortable. If A/C is a must-have, we may not be the right fit.

Our ocean-view condo offers the perfect base for exploring the Big Island’s most untouched and authentic region—Kaʻū. Nestled in a rural location near the #1 black sand beach park and just 30 minutes from Volcanoes National Park, this is Hawaii as it was meant to be: quiet, wild, and soul-restoring.

This condo offers its guests an outdoor pool and a hot tub. This condo also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
