Garage parking for 1 small car; additional on road parking. No smoking.. For a summer holiday in a beautiful location you need look no further than Oldway Apartment. This two bedroom apartment is set on the first floor of a semi-detached house in the residential area of Preston, in Paignton. The light and airy interior is well-appointed with quality furnishings and wooden floors throughout.
With garage parking for a small car and good public transport links, why not leave the car behind and explore to your heart’s content? Very comfortable and with everything you’ll need, after a busy day it’s a wonderful retreat for a night in front of the TV or playing a board game together. For those times when the kids need to let off steam, there’s a large garden they can run around in whilst you read the newspaper or write your postcards.
There are shops within walking distance for those all-important essentials as well as pubs and restaurants for an evening out. It’s less than a mile, level walk, from Preston Sands with its colourful beach huts, and Paignton Beach and a trip to the zoo also come highly recommended.
