We - family of 4 spent three nights at Amber house in Easter week, it was perfect accommodate for what we needed, we had twin room on the ground floor. This property is ran by the owners who are very friendly and caring. The breakfast menue for both ready and cooked food was great. The location is about 10min walk from the coast and the town centre.

Mark, Debbie, Vivian, and Paul are wonderful! They made my stay like home. Highly recommend the Amber House-great location, plenty of parking, friendly and professional owners, comfy bed, and a full English and continental breakfast. What more could you want? A short walk to Goodrington Beach with the colorful beach huts and coffee shop. Will definitely stay again next time I am in Paignton.

Breakfast was good, the location was convenient, the staff was friendly, and parking was adequate. I believe I was the only guest in the house at the time, so they forgot to turn on the heat until I complained the second night there.

Amazing accommodation

The room was amazing, It was clean and very homely and comfortable. The owners were so welcoming and friendly and made a lot of our boys. Nothing was too much. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me with easy check in/check out. The owners were always friendly and asked how my stay was going every morning with suggestions of where to visit. The food portions were excellent and the produce fresh and delicious. The room I stayed in was perfect- clean and fresh with a good view and comfy bed.

Staff were super friendly and always on hand if needed. Rooms were spotlessly clean and bed comfy. Dog friendly. Breakfast was outstanding 👌, something for everyone. A very friendly welcome the moment we arrived. Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Lovely comfortable bedroom, brilliant outside garden area to sit with a drink, and good variety of options for breakfast. Great personal touch. Would head straight back here if in Torbay again.
