The deck is on the northern and also the seaward side of the property with alfresco dining, BBQ. All over looking the bay with islands dotted through it with fairly frequent Cruise liner perched in the distance adding to the wow factor.

A short walk (3.5minutes) down a Bush track into Kings Rd and one of Paihia's safe swimming beaches, or a 4 minutes to Paihia shops, supermarkets, restaurants and night clubs or paihia wharf to catch your tours.
