Privacy, peace, relaxation, togetherness … this cottage is the perfect place for memory-making with your family and friends!
    The kitchen is stocked with every spice and tool you may require to create a delicious meal, which can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, large dining table, or outside, surrounded by the tranquil Virginia ambience.

    The shed, equipped with kayaks, crabbing gear, bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boggie boards and more. We supply all you may need for a pleasurable afternoon on the bay or a day at the ocean. Bring your boat plenty of parking space at the cottage.

1/2 block away, the bay has a beach for the homes in the neighborhood only and includes: picnic tables, grills, fire pit, boat dock, safe swimming for children (and adults), and nature to admire.  Here, you can go crabbing, swimming, fishing, or lay in the sun (or shade of the big pine trees).  There is no crowding on this beach!

Strip any used beds and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please start by putting everything back where it was found. Organize the shed and storage cabinet . Wash fold and return towels where they were found
Kitchen utensils pots pans dishes glasses are be cleaned and put away. Look under beds and couches for children belongings. Clean the grill if you used it.
Empty Dishwasher!!! Please communicate your planned departure time so I may notify our housekeeper. Our help and cooperation is appreciated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
