Centrally located with excellent transport links Directly above traditional historic pub which hosts regular live music. 2 mins walk to bus and train station for easy access to GLW Airport, Glasgow City Centre and Renfrewshire. 10 min train journey to Glasgow Central. 5 min walk to Paisley Uni and West College Scotland ** This property is directly above a local traditional music venue who we share our historic building with so please be aware of this before booking. It is generally till 10pm but sometimes 11pm on weekends. The stage is directly below the living room. You can enjoy the tunes without even leaving your apartment! We do have additional listings on the 2nd and 3rd floors should noise be a concern do contact me should you need any further information - I have tried to be as transparent as possibly can and look forward to welcoming guests to no2 that will enjoy its unique location and amenities** You will enjoy our bright spacious apartment recently renovated to a high standard. One airy king size bedroom, bright and neutral decor for a restful sleep and black out blinds. The second bedroom can sleep 2 - there is one single bed and has an additional single bed can be pulled out on request. In the living room the sofa will accommodate further guests - 1 adult or 2 children. Travel cot can also be provided on request free of charge. (5 adults max but further 1-2 children could be accommodated please contact to discuss) Cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchen with brand new built in electric oven, hob and microwave. Tea and coffee supplies are included to use with electric kettle. Washing machine and clothes airer provided. We provide you with a supply of hand soap, dish soap and cloths/tea towels. Any other items you may require we will happily consider sourcing for you on request. Relax in our bright living room with sofa and smart tv. Small dining table to enjoy your meals. Bathroom with modern glass shower cubicle and newly fitted electric shower. Soft fluffy white towels are provided per guest. Complimentary toiletries. Gas central heating throughout property. Easy to use dial to turn on and off. All bed linens are provided along with hairdryer, iron, ironing board and laundry facilities. It is a central and therefore lively location and whilst we do our best to ensure a restful and comfortable interior some of the exterior noises can be outwith our control. Plenty of local on street free parking options within walking distance. Your keys will be picked up from numbered lock box at the property. You will be sent a code for the main door access 48 hours before arrival. With a further 4 digit code for your lockbox. These are on the wall within our entrance corridor- ie: Apartment 6 = Lockbox 6 You will be issued with my contact number and an alternative in your check in info - this is your first point of call for any issues. Myself or some of my small team will be on site most days depending on check outs so will always be happy to say hi see how you are getting on or just have a wee blether. (chat). If you are staying for more than 7 days I will contact to discuss options available for cleaning/linen service. Strictly no unauthorised guests, smoking or parties, any evidence of breaking our house rules will result in a minimum £150 fine and asked to vacate the premises. CCTV with audio is used to monitor common areas and any unauthorised guests.
