Very simple 2 bedroom bungalow located in a very quiet area only 150m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc.



This apartment has a small living-dining room with tv, 2 single beds (80x190cm) and access to a large and pleasant garden terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy nice meals in the sun.

Good apartment when staying in beautiful Llafranc

We like that the garden is secure for our daughter, and that we have almost everything we need! General maintenance needs to be improved - no working lights in either bedroom, the shower screen became detached during our stay too. The WiFi only worked for half of our stay. We also had to buy a kettle as there was no plug/base for the one I. The apartment. It would also really benefit from either shutters on the windows or air conditioning as it was unbearably hot at night, even with us bringing 3 large fans from home. We also ran out of gas for the hot water boiler - this was fixed promptly along with the shower once reported, but we feel these should have been checked as routine.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 6 Betten, mit Garten und nur 200 m vom Meer entfernt.

Tolle Lage, Llafranc ist schön und ruhig und ich konnte problemlos mein Motorrad und mein Mountainbike mit auf das Grundstück nehmen. Alle Wasserhähne im Bad, inklusive Duschschlauch und Duschbrause und in der Küche müssten einmal erneuert werden. Eine kleine mobile Heizung wäre gut.

Ubicación y jardín perfecto . No me hicieron la limpieza llegué y reclamé estaba sucio todo pero no vinieron, vivienda lo único q está bien es el lavabo y cocina resto muy dejado y usado...camas cojas y mesa también.Puerta de fuera no cierra bien.Lampara da pena..

Netter Bungalow mit Mängeln zum günstigen Preis

Den Schlüssel für das Objekt muss man in einer nahe gelegenen Agentur abholen. Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz, man muss irgendwo außerhalb in einer Straße parken. Der Bungalow selbst sieht sehr nett aus, und ist von einem kleinen, verwilderten Garten umgeben. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gelungen. Die Küche groß und alle Schränke gut zugänglich. Leider riecht es in dem Gebäude sehr muffig/ schimmelig, auch in den Schränken. In der Küche und im Bad gibt es schimmlige Stellen. Die Geschirrablage war sehr unappetitlich, die beiden vorhandenen Pfannen standen ungespült im Schrank. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist teileweise sehr gut, aber teilweise auch mangelhalft. Es gibt beispielsweise keine Kochmesser. Es war oberflächlich sauber, aber genauer hinschauen darf man nirgends, weder beim Mobiliar noch an die Wände. Die Türen waren teilweise auch sehr ramponiert. Eine kaputte Stehlampe wurde noch am selben Tag der Reklamation repariert. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Fliegennetze (sehr viele Schnaken), aber sie waren teilweise schon durchlöchert. Das Badezimmer hat eine gute Größe, viele Haken und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Die Dusche ist allerdings eine Fehlkonstruktion. Beim Duschen klebt einem der Vorhang am Körper und es läuft viel Wasser aus der Dusche heraus, das man nachher wieder aufputzen muss. Die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ist sehr gut. Meerblick hat man nicht, aber man ist in wenigenen Minuten am Strand und auf dem Cami de Ronda.

Une semaine à Llafranc sublime baie. Bungalow fonctionnel mais il manque un dispositif contre la chaleur ( ventilateur ou climatisation).
