It also has a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in the sun with beautiful sea views.The house consists of a living room with TV, fireplace and direct access to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, double sink and washing machine. It has 2 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 3 bedrooms with two single beds in each and 1 double room. 2 bathrooms (in total 3 bathrooms). Small studio on the ground floor where the guard lives, only for sleeping.Free parking for 3 cars. Pets not allowed.Only families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.The house is situated near Llafranc beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast.
