Spectacular accommodation located in one of the most exclusive areas of Llafranc, with unbeatable views of the sea. Located less than 1km from the beach and the town center. On the main floor we have a spacious living - dining room with direct access to the terrace, a kitchen open to the living room, perfectly equipped so that you can enjoy your favorite meals as if you were at home (oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, dishes , cutlery...), also there's a small room with a single bed. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed,and the room can be separated with a sliding door, to give privacy to both beds, and has access to a small terrace. On the top floor there is a bedroom suite, with a double bed, bathroom with shower and dressing area, and with access to a small terrace, where you can enjoy the spectacular views that the house offers. There is also a service room with a single bed in the basement. In the outdoor area, the house has a large private garden with furniture (sun loungers), in addition to the communal area with gardens, swimming pool, tennis courts, children's area. Garage.
