The property has 250 square metres of surface area, strategically distributed to offer maximum comfort. It has 3 complete bathrooms: one with a shower, another with a bathtub, and a third with a toilet. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
A charming detail is the indoor fireplace, perfect for cold nights, and the air conditioning in bedrooms that ensures a pleasant temperature. The WiFi connection allows you to stay connected during your stay.
The exterior offers spaces to enjoy: garden, garden furniture, balcony and terrace. In addition, it has 2 parking spaces in the garage within the same building. The location is privileged: just 400 metres from the beach and the urban centre, and with a supermarket nearby at 150 metres.
Important characteristics: pets are not allowed, but youth groups are welcome. Smoking is permitted. Perfect for families seeking a peaceful holiday on the Costa Brava.
