A stunning 4 bedroom detatched house set in a gorgeous pine forest with stunning sea views. There is a gorgeouse outdoor communual pool with sun loungers set in the lovely gardens. There are tennis courts for your enjoyment.
The house is on 3 levels. Entering the house on the middle level you are greeted by a gorgeous large and bright living area and dining room. On this level there is an American style fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine etc. From the living area you have access to the large terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy alfresco dining. On this floor there is also a bathroom and the laundry room with wasing machine.
On the lower floor there are 2 spacious double bedrooms and also a single bedroom which are both light with windows and patio doors out to the garden. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
On the upper level you will find the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to 2 terraces with sun loungers and stunning sea views.
The house is only 1.8km to the beach and the town of Llafranc where you will find many restaurants, bars, supermarkets.
