La localisation est très centrale et proche de tout. L'appartement donne sur la rue (pas côté mer), au 1er étage. De ce fait, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue ou chez les voisins. Les photos sont bcp plus sympas que la réalité du logement qui est vieillissant et mal entretenu. Il est juste fonctionnel, et relativement propre. Mais de nbreux éléments sont défectueux : four ne s'ouvre que lorsqu'on ouvre le frigo, les poeles perdent leur revêtement, la salle de douche n'a pas d'eau chaude du tout (non raccordée) et est exigue, la baignoire se vide mal, le flexible fuit, il y a du calcaire sur tous les robinets, et des points de rouille, la ventilation sdb inoppérente. La litterie est OK. Mais le clic-clac ouvert occupe toute la pièce et est lui, fatigué. L'immeuble est très bruyant (cage d'escalier, chiens...) La place de parking mériterait d'être indiquée (le numéro) . Il ne convient pas aux grands véhicules. Je mets 2 étoiles en raison du prix de la location qui est vraiment sur-estimé pour le niveau des prestations proposées.
