Mirador is a house located on the coastal path between Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell, considered one of the most beautiful and charming areas of the Costa Brava. Its privileged location offers spectacular views of the beach and the port of Llafranc.



It is a completely renovated house with a maximum capacity for 8 people.



The house is distributed over 4 floors: The main floor which includes a tastefully furnished dining room and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views, a large fully equipped open kitchen (gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer), 1 suite with shower and double bed (180x190cm), 1 double room (2 beds of 90x190cm), 1 bathroom with shower.



On the upper floor, there is a studio attic with 2 sofa beds and a TV.



On the lower floors, we find 2 suite rooms with a shower (2 double beds of 180x190cm and 160x190cm), both with sea views and one of them with a terrace. On the lower floor, we find a small pier with direct access to Llafranc beach (access via code-locked door).



Garage included in the price, 200m from the house. Entrance measurements: 2.35m wide x 1.80m high.



No pets are allowed.



House only for families. No bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old.



This house is located in Llafranc, one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava that stands out for its beautiful beach with clear and crystalline water, its pine-covered promenade and its nautical port. A few minutes walking along the coastal path we arrive at Calella de Palafurgell, a beautiful fishing village and one of the most charming places on the Costa Brava.



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Beautiful spot!

Nice communicative check-in and support team. Beautiful view of the beach and cove. Excellent location walkable to LLfranc town and its restaurants. Wonderful spot, definitely recommend!

Schön

Das Badezimmer im untersten Geschoss kann als solches nicht wirklich benutzt werden. Es ist eine kleine Kammer mit Dusche und Toilette. Die entsprechenden Personen haben zum duschen ein anderes Bad genutzt. In zwei Zimmern sind Bad/Dusche sehr offen gestaltet. Je nachdem mit wem man das Zimmer teilt, könnte es unangenehm werden. Das muss man einfach wissen. Die Spülmaschine ist unterdimensioniert für 8 Personen und spült nicht gut. Aber das alles hat der Freude über diesen Ort nicht wirklich geschadet. Wir haben es genossen.
