Beautiful villa in Tamariu, with a garden and private pool. 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Tamariu, Aiguaxelida, and Cala Marquesa. Costa Brava.
Capacity for 9 people. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
The property is spread over two floors. On the main floor, where you enter the house, we find a spacious kitchen, tastefully renovated and fully equipped. A living-dining room with access to a terrace, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors, and a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
On the lower floor, there are the remaining bedrooms and the guest toilet. One double room with two single beds and one single room, both sharing a bathroom with a bathtub. A suite with a bathtub and direct access to the garden, and another suite with access to the pool and a bathroom with a shower.
All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning or a fan.
The pool is fenced.
