Locatie is prachtig met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht maar het feit dat er iemand op de begane grond woont maakt dat we niet optimaal konden genieten van de privésfeer die de villa zou moeten bieden. Meubels zijn oud en vies, schimmel in de badkamers en verouderde sanitair dat echt aan vervanging toe is. De verschillende terrasjes/balkons waren erg aangenaam en de indeling van de villa was goed. Ook het zwembad was diep en groot genoeg.
