From the house, the beaches are at 5mn walking distance, restaurants and all amenities of Calella are at 7mn walking distance.

The property:

The house, completely refurbished in autumn 2012, offers a high standing space at 5 minutes walk from the beaches.

It has a large secure garage with direct access to the entrance hall, which serves a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, an independent toilet, and a large modern and comfortable living / dining room, from which you can access the terrace and its lounge area, as well as the garden.

On the second floor, the master bedroom, with dressing room, WC and Italian shower en suite, opens onto a sunny terrace.
On the same landing, there are two double bedrooms with large closets, as well as a bathroom and WC.

Finally, the second floor offers another very luminous double bedroom with shower and WC, and a magnificent terrace from which you can see the sea.

The house benefits from a spacious private garden (150m²), but is also part of a community with two beautiful swimming pools.

From the house, the beaches are at 5mn walking distance, the restaurants and all the amenities of Calella at 7mn walking distance.
