Beautiful semi-detached house in a quiet area just 1 km from the beach.

Distributed over two floors in a pleasant community with swimming pool in Llafranc

Entrance to the house through the private garden.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with access to the garden, and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a ceiling fan.

On the first floor, there are two full bathrooms, one en suite, two double bedrooms, and one single bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The house is located 1 km from the beach and approximately 800 meters from all services and the center.
