Formidable semi detached house designed in contemporary style, located within a fantastic community that has a tennis court, swimming pool and gardens.
The house is distributed on two levels. We enter through the main floor where a hall has a direct access to a bright fully equipped american style kitchen, beautiful dining room and a spacious living room from where there is an exit to a pleasant terrace and a garden area where you can enjoy the tranquility of the Costa Brava. On this same floor we also find a double room with a private bathroom with shower, courtesy toilet and laundry area.
 
On the upper floor there are two double rooms (one of them en suite with bathroom with shower) with direct access to wonderful terraces (one of them with views of the communal area and the other - to the garden of the house) and a single room. The last one together with one double room share a bathroom with a shower.
