Neska is situated above street level. The entrance is on the first floor. You reach the entrance through short stairs upstairs. Neska is a semi-detached villa with a private swimming pool. Entrance: Here you find the living room, kitchen, dining room. Second floor  : Here you find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior of Neska is modern spanish and functional. The inside is a mix of different colours with a cosy atmosphere. Neska has a built surface of 160 square meters. You have to your disposal a designed garden. You find the swimming pool at the backside of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through short stairs downside. Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. Neska has disposal of a permanent stone bbq . This holdiay residence is very suitable for families because of the central position.On recuest air conditioning is available only in the dining room, one bedroom and the upstairs hallway where the bedrooms are.
