Beautiful home in Palamós

As described in the ad: clean, spacious and in a good location in the old part of the town. The terrace on the roof is great. The communication with the host is fast and clear. The garage is practical for smaller vehicles due to the door design and the narrow access street.

"We stayed the first 3 weeks of september 2012 in this holiday house. It was great.The house is very clean and quite enough space we were with only 2 persons so quite enough space.Having a terrace and garage with this house was really a plus.The location was also lovely and very quiet at night. Surroundings good as well, nearby beach, shopping main street, drug store, supermarkt, everything you should need is in walking distance. Overall just "GREAT". Staying in this house made our vacation one of the best !"

Séjour en famille à Palamos

Séjour fantastique, gîte très propre, seul bémol de la location c'est la salle de bain qui est vétuste. L'eau du wc du garage ne fonctionne pas. Nous n'avons jamais vu la loueuse, durant tout le séjour, dommage nous aurons pu lui dire ce qu'il n'allait pas. Malgré cela nous recommandons sans problème cette location. Car c'est une région qui mérite d'être vue.

Très bien belle propriété

Tout était parfait selon nos attentes sauf le garage trop petit nous avons une Fiat Tipo break mais parking disponible tout près par contre l adresse renseignée est côté piétonnier donc ce serait mieux côté garage . excellents restaurants dans le quartier proche mer port et magasins.

Bien en general, quizás por generar una crítica constructiva, decir que le falta un poco de mantenimiento (luces, apliques baño, garaje con fuga de portón, poca luz en zona de cocina, sartenes para cambiar, tabla cocina ídem, cuchillos de afilados, encimera vitro como para cambiar,....) son pequeñas cosas pero es una pena que estén de ésta manera. Con un poco de atención en este tema, sería genial. La casa en sí está súper en cuanto a ubicación y súper bien. Hemos estado genial.

Charming home, right in the centre of Palamos

This is a really charming place, right in the old town of Palamos. The house is located on one of the quiet side streets of the main shopping street. You don't hear any noise from the street but are very close to the shops. Inside the house you have everything you need, dish washer, washing machine. One main bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with a bunk bed and a single bed. This room is quite small for 3 people. In the living room you can create an additional bed by unfolding the sofa. The bathroom is small and basic. The terras on the roof is perfect. There is a BBQ which we used a couple of times. Nice fresh gamba's from the local fish market! The garage is very helpful because it's very hard to find a parking place on the street. No worries at all, you just drive to the house and park your car in the in-house garage. I would definately recommend this place. The area is beautiful, perfect to go out for a drive in the morning and dicover Catalunia. In the afternoon you can visit one of the many beaches that are around in the area or just walk 5 minutes to the Palamos beach.

Belle maison au centre de Palamos

On a passé une très bonne semaine avec notre famille dans cette jolie petite maison de pierre a Palamos. La maison est très bien situe, au centre de Palamos avec accès à tout à pied. On a presque pas pris la voiture car on pouvait aller à la plage, au restos, au magasins et au marché à pied. Elle est très calme parce qu’elle est situé dans la zone piétonne de la ville, mais avec un garage, donc on a pu visiter la région autour de Palamos en sachant qu’on avait du parking en rentrant à la maison. On a fait pas mal de barbecues sur la terrasse du dernier étage. Les propriétaires ont répondu à nos questions sur la maison, très aimables.

Belle maison, belles prestations, par contre sur 3 niveaux (terrasse au dernier étage), donc difficile d'accès et des escaliers tres dangereux et sans aucune protection ni rampe pour se tenir. A eviter avec des enfants ou personnes agées.

"Beautifully renovated old house in the centre of the town near to everything. Extremely quiet at night. A real luxury having the garage in the house. Best huge double bed that we have ever had in a holiday let. We were able to walk to the beaches and leave the car where it was. It was only a 5 minute walk to the sea front and there were lots of restaurants."
