The residential complex Porto Mannu is located right underneath of the Bear Rock, right on the Golfo delle Saline, was built at the end of the eighties and since then guests have spent here unforgettable holidays.

Stands out for privacy, the position right by the Bay of Venalonga is very discreet, on the other end is close to the town of Palau. Very close to all the marvellous beaches in the North East and Costa Smeralda.

All the apartments in the complex have exceptional view and the distance from the shore varies, according to the section between 100 and 800m.

The local beach in the Bay of Vena Longa is well known for its fine golden sand and the crystal clear waters, whats more is protected by dominant winds, very enjoyable even on windy day.

This is a small paradise, ideal for relaxing holidays away from crowds, noises and the city traffic. Perfectly suitable for families or groups of friends willing to enjoy the sea without moving around.

In Porto Mannu most services are present: restaurant, bar, rib boats rental, diving center….

A form of transport is needed to get to Palau where all the other facilities are, supermarkets, groceries, pharmacy ect…
Inserted within the splendid context of the Consortium of Porto Mannu, Villa Rosmarino consists of a splendid, bright and fresh living area with kitchenette and views of part of the patio and the outdoor garden, surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.

From every corner of the living room you can enjoy a splendid sea view over Porto Mannu.

On the mezzanine floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of three large double bedrooms, renovated and furnished with attention to detail and details characteristic of the marine environment and two bathrooms (one with window and one with velux).

The exterior, which surrounds the villa, is characterized by a spacious covered outdoor patio, suitable for spending relaxing moments, with your gaze turned over the whole Bay of Venalonga, wooden table for outdoor dining immersed in the peace and tranquility that only Porto Mannu and Villa Rosmarino can give to their guests.

The garden, with attention to detail, surrounds the whole villa and is enriched by a splendid outdoor stone barbecue and outdoor shower.
