This elegant 5-room villa spans 200 m2 across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area features a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the terrace. This floor includes 2 double bedrooms, each fitted with air conditioning and forced-air heating. One of these double bedrooms is located outside the main house and includes its own private shower, bidet, and WC. A separate shower room with bidet and WC serves the remaining ground floor bedroom. On the upper floor, you will find an additional double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating, as well as a small room containing 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed. A third shower room with bidet and WC is also located on this floor. The villa features a large roofed terrace of 70 m2 offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs. Please be aware that heating is not available in all rooms, and when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying, not all bedrooms will be made available for use.
