Favoured by the corner plot, it is located next to the nature park with unobstructed views of the bay of Roses, the Empordà and the Pyrenees.

The main house is on the ground floor and consists of a large double bedroom with bathroom, living room with adjoining dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a TV room and a toilet.
All rooms are well enlightened, and you can enjoy the view to the Mediterranean garden with pool terrace throughout.
The second bedroom with shower room and terrace is located in the tower and is accessible separately via an external staircase. Here, too, a unique view from the terrace to the whole Empordà.
In the lower living area of the villa (also separately accessible from the outside) is the third bedroom with shower room and the adjacent patio with shady mulberry trees.

There is space for one car on the enclosed plot.

Accompagnement au top de la part de Daphne, recommandée pour d’autres locations ou achats dans la région. Maison tranquille, bien située, joli jardin et belle piscine, idéale pour quelques jours de vacances (quelques petites retouches à effectuer même s’il s’agit du vécu normal d’une maison !).

Nice summer

Nice stay. You must be aware that you have to go outside to get to 2 of the bedrooms. This can be problematic if you are traveling with small children. In addition, it is a nice house that is well located, close to shopping, beach and the city. A wish for the future could be air conditioning, especially in the bedrooms.
