With a surface area of 95 m² spread over two floors and two tastefully furnished terraces (24 m² on the ground floor and 11 m² on the upper floor), this newly built duplex offers generous space for up to four people. From its windows and terraces, you will enjoy captivating views of the pool, the sea and the majestic mountains that surround the area.



The accommodation has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, designed with attention to detail and with guests' comfort in mind. The elegant and modern decoration creates a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere throughout the duplex.
