Villa Senio, nestled in the charming village of Palazzuolo sul Senio, is a magnificent stone residence with a striking visual impact. Located in the heart of the village, surrounded by the natural beauty of Tuscany, the villa is just a short climb up 10 steps from the main street and spans approximately 800m², accommodating up to 18 guests.
The villa has been fully renovated, blending traditional Tuscan style with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy 24/7 assistance during their stay. While the property does not have private parking, there is free public parking nearby.
The villa boasts a spacious, enclosed garden with multiple levels, featuring a large swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, chairs, tables, and umbrellas, perfect for soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. There is also an outdoor shower. A few steps lead to a terrace with a heated hot tub for four people.
