Bright apartment in style located in a central area of the city. The accommodation is situated approximately 15 minutes' walk from Piazza Politeama and the Teatro Massimo. Castello della Zisa and Villa Malfitano are instead about 10 minutes' walk away.



The flat, located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, consists of a living area equipped with armchairs and television, followed by an independent kitchen. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The layout of the house is completed by a bathroom with a shower enclosure.
