L'immobile, di circa 95 mq è ubicato al centro di Palermo in una traversina tranquilla e silenziosa ma vicina a qualsiasi tipologia di svago: bar, pub, sale da the, ristoranti, fast food, pizzerie, trattorie, sushi bar, ristorantini etnici (marocchino, cinese, giapponese etc.). L'appartamento è totalmente climatizzato, con tetti alti ed affreschi e balconi in tutti gli ampi ambienti ed è composto da un soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e divani, una cucina dotata di piano cottura, forno, frigorifero, stoviglie ed un tavolo con sedie, due ampie camere da letto entrambe dotate di TV a parete e con un totale di tre letti matrimoniali ed uno singolo ed infine un confortevole bagno con bidè ed ampia doccia. La connessione ad internet Wi Fi è in Giga Fibra ed è inclusa per i nostri ospiti. Il check in ed il check out vengono effettuati in piena autonomia e quindi i nostri ospiti sono liberi di entrare ed uscire dall'alloggio senza vincoli alcuni.
