The apartment has two floors connected by a large staircase and an elevator.

On the ground floor: (1) Lounge room with annexed terrace (dining tables, coaches); (2) Living room with annexed terrace (coaches, TV and two-side fireplace: the other side faces the lounge room); (3) Kitchen (dining table, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster); (4) Guest toilette; (5) Closet with the laundry machine.

On the upper floor: (1) Bedroom with a king/queen size bed and annexed walk-in closet and kitchenette closet; (2) Bedroom with a king/queen size bed and a large wardrobe; (3) Bedroom with two bunk beds, a large wardrobe and a desk; (4) Supplementary bedroom: it is an office (with an annexed terrace) containing a bed coach and a bed chair; (5) Bathroom 1 with shower and bath; (6) Bathroom 2 with a large shower.

- Beyond the terraces, the outdoor space hosts a garden with figues, persimmon, orange, lemon and clementine trees, a courtyard with a tennis table, a courtyard with swings, a private parking. A Pool, Peaceful, and Beautiful Views 😀

Magnificent place! Mauro personally welcomed us into his family home with ease and attention. The house was great for our family visit. Our one year old son also had his own “pack&play” crib set up for our arrival. Beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was a great treat to have in the hot summer days. The views from the rooftop were stunning both in the day time as well as in the evening. We hope to stay here again when we come back next time.

Beautiful place

What a beautiful place. Lots of rooms, clean, and fantastic outdoor spaces. The pool is amazing. It was difficult finding the location as actual GPS coordinates are required. The major negative is they had an ant problem in one bedroom and the main fridge didn't work. Still, a great location for a big group of people (we had 8 adults and 2 children).
