Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
This property and pictures listed significantly misrepresent the area. The actual ocean view is not as it appears. It is close to a dock/ abandon industrial area where suspicious activity occurred at night making my clients feel unsafe. the whole outside of the place has metal fence around. Also, very far from everything in Palermo. Not a convenient location. Overall, did not look like the pictures provided. My clients moved the NEXT day as they wanted to leave Sicily as a whole but I suggested moving to a safer location with accessibility to major attractions which worked out great. I contact host and he told me it was my fault for not researching the area and refused to give my clients a partial refund. Now, I am dealing with VRBO/Expedia to see what can be done for my clients as they only stayed ONE night out of the FOUR they paid for. Very DISAPPOINTING!
