You really can’t have a better location, close to all major attractions, the rooms are cleaned daily and the breakfast which you pick the night before has plenty to pick from, bed was comfortable in a nice size room compared to other rooms in Europe, remember your not in the United States.

The breakfast menu was outstanding and the food was all very fresh and delivered to our room. Communication with Alyn was also excellent. The balcony overlooked the Quattro Canti square and was fun to listen to the excellent street performers including opera singers. Lots of shops and restaurants wet close by. Location was ideal, a few steps from Via Victorio Emanuelle.I had to leave early in the morning so I did not have complimentary breakfast, but the menu was extensive. The room was comfortable and well lit, the bathroom was large, the hotel manager Alin was attentive and responsive. The only negative for me was that my room was on the third floor walk up with steep stairs.

Great overnight stay, the place was so well and centrally located. Bit of a climb, but the comfort and facilities definitely did it justice ! Breakfast was amazing, great selection, good quality - we had it by our balcony which was a great way to spend the last day in the amazing city of Palermo !
