Kalsa Apartment with Terrace by Wonderful Italy

Lovely apartment with a spacious terrace, located in the historic Kalsa neighborhood, a few steps away from the Foro Italico and the Orto Botanico of Palermo.



The apartment, located on the first floor reachable with an elevator, opens onto the bright living room which has access to the beautiful terrace and is fitted with a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table, in addition to an American and fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking tools, including an oven. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both fitted with a queen-size bed; one of them has access to the terrace.

Two bathrooms with a shower each complete the apartment.

The jewel of the apartment is the outdoor area provided with a large dining table and an umbrella, perfect for enjoying delicious meals in the open air.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.

Comfortable home

We stayed 1 week. We complained about the pillows and they bought us 2 great pillows. Wifi was great. Would definitely stay again. Good oven and stove for cooking.

Quiet, pleasant apartment

We spent 4 days here, found it a good base for exploring Palermo. Dining area and kitchen, good beds, really nice sitting-out area. Opposite the lovely Orto Botanico.

Comfortable Apartment Close to City Center

This 2-bedroom first floor (ground floor is "0") is a convenient, short walk to most of the historical sites of the city. The outdoor patio overlooks an alley but has seating for 6, and we enjoyed a glass of wine while listening to the neighborhood chatter in the evening. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The one shortcoming was that one of the showers was so small you could hardly turn around in it, so we used the second bathroom. This was not a problem for us since there were only two of us but would be a challenge with another couple.

Well-located for access to sites but disappointed in state of theneighbourhood. Very dirty, garbage everywhere on street corners. Disposal of garbage from the apartment not clearly indicated. Had to run around 2 blocks to find bins. 1 showerhead was broken, not usable. Other shower box extremely small, no soap tray. Floors were very dirty. Looks like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Pillows were so thin, not comfortable.

Schöne ruhige Lage und gute Ausstattung

wir waren sehr zufrieden, Das Apartement war ruhig, keine übermäßig touristische Umgebung, es gab 2 Bäder, Küche mit Eßzimmer und Couch und 2 Schlafzimmer und eine schöne Terasse. Für uns als Familie perfekt. Die Terasse war sehr schön jetzt im Frühling zum morgens Frühstücken. In der Küche gab es alles Notwendige, ein paar Sachen haben mir gefehlt: Küchentücher zum Abtrocknen, Spülmaschine und eine Grundausstattung an Salz, Pfeffer etc.Aber damit kann man leben ;)
