Nice property and room, although a bit cramped. Very walkable to the city center although the surrounding area is a bit on the rough side (safe and quiet though). Breakfast was exactly the same each day with rather basic and limited options. I'm not sure what the solarium and spa were about, there was no information about spa services onsite (although we could have inquired about that if we had had the time). The bar/solarium I think is at the top floor and consists of a room with self-serve drinks and a place to sit outside. No one was really at the bar however, so we never spent any time there. I think this place passes for a nice room, but definitely doesn't feel like a hotel with a spa services and a bar.

Great team, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room - Morgana - with unique character. In the old town, so better to leave your car for after the stay. Hotel is located in a quiet cul-de-sac but only moments away from all the Palermo's best.

Staff very friendly, good central location eveything in walking distance. The area around the property was run down but the whole of Palermo was like that, but has loads of character.Felt safe walking around.

The rooms were comfortable, very tastefully and artistically decorated, and a very short walk to all the most central points of interest and eateries in Palermo . A lovely breakfast was included, Giada and Aurora were very helpful and friendly during our stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to return here whenever we come back to Palermo !

Property at a good location close to main streets with shops and restaurants. Neighboring streets were dirty and unkept, piles of garbage nearby but the property itself was clean and unique. Only one staff had an attitude that I didn't appreciate much but overall ok.
