- Ground floor: large living room with double sofa bed and TV, kitchen with snack table and equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and hob.

Guests have free access to the house and garden, taking full advantage of its potential.
From June to September, a fixed position consisting of 1 umbrella, 2 sunbeds and 1 chair on the very fine Lido Sirenetta beach, easily reachable on foot from the Villa, is available to guests.
During your stay, free and wi-fi internet connection is available.

Guests will be welcomed by the hosts, upon notice of the approximate arrival time.
Arrival and departure transfers can be organized if communicated well in advance.
We can also make available to authorized tourist guides speaking English, German, French and Spanish for private tours to discover the wonders of the city of Palermo and its surroundings.

The house is fully heated by underfloor heating.
There is a cold air conditioning system in all the rooms above ground.
Villa EMANUELE is also attentive to the environment: being a newly designed Villa in energy class A2, it uses solar panels to produce hot water and the photovoltaic system to generate electricity.

Villa EMANUELE is located in the heart of Mondello in a strategic position between Valdesi and the ancient village with its characteristic small port.
The promenade overlooking a crystal clear sea is 5/6 minutes walk through a private walkway.
The ancient village offers a variety of restaurants, small shops, typical restaurants, ice cream parlors and typically Sicilian street food.
Leaving the gate on the left a few meters away are market, bakery and pharmacy.
The bus stop (No. 806) that connects Mondello to the center of Palermo, 7 km away, through the green park of the Favorita, is a 5-minute walk from the Villa.
The motorway junction towards the most suggestive sites in Sicily is 3km away, while the Falcone-Borsellino airport is just 20km away by motorway (about 20 minutes by car).
