This is a beautiful and unique property that really enhanced our experience in Palermo. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, Joshy in particular, was great. The building is beautiful and we loved being able to stay in a historic Palazzo. The hotel is very convenient to all of the sites, local restaurants and shops.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to assist us and made sure all our needs were met.
