The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. When we had a shower, the water ran straight out through the shower enclosure door (as there was a big gap with no seal), so we had to control the 'flooding' with towels in order to use the rest of the Bathroom.
We requested to move rooms, but were told that they were full, and we 'booked the last room'. Instead, the next day we were provided with a standard lamp, and a chair, and a second bath mat!
The Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety.
