Alicia was the most welcoming of greeters to this charming and stylishly comfortable hotel in, what was for us, the perfect location. The staff, each and every one, were delightful, courteous and obliging. The rooms elegant, comfortable and well-appointed; including ceramic art from a celebrated local artist. And the breakfast simply delicious!

The best thing about this hotel is the service. They really went above & beyond to make our visit to Palermo special. I deducted one star for the location of the Garden apartment. While it is spacious and nicely renovated, getting to the apartment didn’t feel entirely safe at night as it is around the corner from the main hotel down a narrow alleyway.

Beautiful old building refinished with great taste. Stayed in family room with 3 adults, gorgeous decor. Pull out couch not good, mattress. Room has little natural light. Breakfast and service excellent!

This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The rooms are really nice and clean, and quiet considering the balcony's are on one of the main roads of Palermo. The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. They showed us where to go, the best places for cannolis and arancini etc. The breakfast was delicious and served promptly. They also arranged an airport transfer for us.

Beautiful property in the heart of Palermo, and we were very happy with our room. Unfortunately, it was located very close to reception, and you could hear EVERYTHING. Including guests arriving at very late hours. Breakfast was perfectly pleasant, but pre-ordering seemed a bit unnecessary and not any more efficient. We would much prefer the freedom of a buffet, with hot food (only) chosen in advance. Staff were lovely though and gave us some great recommendations on bars and restaurants.

Very pretty hotel in the center of Palermo’s historical district. The staff and concierge especially welcoming and kind with great ideas for places to visit and made dinner reservations at a fabulous restaurant. Breakfast custom made to order was the best during our entire trip in Sicily! Will definitely stay again if back in Palermo.

Plaved in a phenomenal location near everything in the center of old Palero is a VERY SPECIAL, CLASSY, ELEGANT boutique Hotel. Once inside, you will be greeted by warm friendly, knowledgeable staff that make you feel like you just got home! They did everything possible to help us find our way around and suggested wonderful options for us. Their staff and their breakfasts were so nice☺️☺️

The first word that comes to mind about Palazzo Napoli Boutique Hotel is Service!! What a great experience we had with everyone at the hotel. They could not be more helpful. Whether it was setting up car reservations, dinner reservations, or just helping us get around town, the service was just amazing. The hotel is very cute, centrally located, with a great breakfast. The experience in total was outstanding. But, the service was just on another level from other places we have stayed!
