The first word that comes to mind about Palazzo Napoli Boutique Hotel is Service!! What a great experience we had with everyone at the hotel. They could not be more helpful. Whether it was setting up car reservations, dinner reservations, or just helping us get around town, the service was just amazing. The hotel is very cute, centrally located, with a great breakfast. The experience in total was outstanding. But, the service was just on another level from other places we have stayed!

This one of the best hotels we've stayed in. A beautiful hotel with a balcony over the main road, which is pedestrianised so has a great buzz and vibe, quiet a night. Excellent location, close to all the must see places. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. We would definitely go back to Palermo and definitely use this hotel again.

The staff was incredibly hospitable, friendly, and kind. The surrounding area is full of everything you could need (food, shopping, churches, etc)...everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and well thought out. If I were in the area again, I would stay here again.

Every member of the staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast is delicious. The hotel is located right in the middle of the historic city center in a pedestrian zone. I couldn’t recommend this property more highly.

An excellent place to stay in the centre of Palermo. The staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The ‘comfort’ room we booked was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is designed as a mini duplex with the bed upstairs in a mezzanine.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location is excellent, right at the heart of the tourist area, the breakfast is amazing and the staff can't do enough for you. On top of that it's extremely clean and modern. I wish all hotels were like this one.

Amazing location! Right off the main street, yet quiet enough. The staff is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious each morning. So many great items to choose from. We were able to park our rental car just down the street for free the whole time we were there. I highly recommend this hotel.

First I would like to say that the staff provided excellent service. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast service and food was exceptional. The room itself was clean and modern with lots of extras. The beds were very comfortable. My husband and I are well travelled and this is one of our best stays.

Would absolutely recommend this hotel!! As a female solo traveler that had never been to Palermo and was unfamiliar with the area, I was worried about booking the right hotel, but I had the best experience here and felt very safe. All the staff members were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel breakfast every morning is AMAZING (plus there is complimentary coffee, tea, and water offered in the room too). The location is also very central (only about a 15-minute walk from Palermo Centrale, so quite convenient for getting to/from the airport if taking the train), and it is located right around the corner from Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main city streets with many options for dining and shopping. The hotel even provides a guide with some recommended restaurants and tourist activities, and most of the major tourist sites are also within about 20-minutes walking distance of this hotel! Would definitely stay here again, and I would encourage anyone considering this hotel to book a room here ASAP! :)

Perfect location, close to many sightseeing spots (cathedral, palace, museum) and close to many great restaurants regardless of your budget. Staff were excellent, patient and attentive. They offered great suggestions. Nini and the rest of the reception team were absolutely lovely and helpful- especially with our parents. Breakfast was a lovely experience, many thanks to the F&B team. Be sure to try the cannoli at breakfast!
