Such a great location and spotless rooms! Paolo was fantastic to deal with and really made us feel at home. There was a lovely shared living space on our floor with pastries and beverages set out for all the guests, which was such a thoughtful touch. Giovanna hosted breakfast in the mornings and she was an absolute delight as well. Both Paolo and Giovanna made sure everything was taken care of during our stay. Paolo gave us amazing recommendations for places to see, which was especially helpful since it was our first time in Palermo and we weren’t familiar with the city. He even organized taxis for us every day, which made getting around so easy. The location is perfect if you want to explore historical sites on foot, and right as you step out you’re greeted by lively streets full of food vendors, souvenir shops, and live music. It’s a bit far from the airport and beaches, but with how clean, welcoming, and well-run everything is, it was completely worth it for us. Thank you Paolo! We’ll definitely stay here again.

Historia hurray!

I had a quick overnight trip in Palermo. Historia was an exceptional value. Amazing room with views of the mountains and above the Main Street. The windows blocked out any street noise. The location was central to everything including the train. Paulo was a perfect host.

A great place to stay in Palermo. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming and the included breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located just off via Maqueda, which puts you right at the center of one of the most popular areas of the city.

Ideal Palermo location

Perfectly located on a main artery in Palermo, with a cute balcony for breakfast coffee. Despite being on a busy street, the apartment was very quiet and restful. Great views of the city from the 5th room and balcony. Comfortable bed, and beautiful room with a large bathroom. Paolo, who facilitated our stay at the apartment, was very friendly and communicative with us and helped us arrange a driver for an early morning trip to the airport.

Lovely B&B

Lovely B&B right in the heart of the old city, about 20 minutes walk from the train station. This is a 5th floor apartment (there is a lift/elevator🙂) divided into 5 rooms, with a common area for the continental breakfast. Very modern refurbishment so everything is clean and fresh. Our room was a good size, a king sized bed, walk-in shower, and all the storage space and facilities that we needed. The only very slight concern would be if you are a light sleeper there can be a little noise from nearby.

It's yes, an amazing. Bill was a great deal of history and louis.It's interesting artwork all over the place. The breakfast was excellent and you could sit out on a balcony with a nice view. If you are looking for a quiet location mode, this is not the place for you. It's convenient in terms of restaurants.

Property's location was exceptional! We were looked after by the host and the room was new and clean. Breakfast didn’t have any protein options and we were unable to turn on AC at this time of yhe year resulting in leaving the veranda door open and exposure to noise on the street.

The owner Paolo was super helpful with providing information in regards to transportation from the airport to his place. He greated us when we got there and gave us excellent information about the surronding area, like places to go and places to eat. Place was very clean and nice and provided continental breakfast. In one word-AMAZIG. It's an apartement, divided to 5 big rooms, new, clean, nice dexorations. You feel at home. In the center of the historic center-no need for transportation. Though ut is self-sevice the manager is very attentive . He called me at 1 AM just to make sure I have arrived and all OK. Thank yiu, Paulo

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Palermo Historia Suites for 3 days in February. Paolo (the owner) was so responsive, kind, and informative in all of our dealings before we booked and during our stay, that we are excited to book with him again in the future! My husband has some mobility challenges, and Paolo saw us coming up the road on our arrival date, struggling a bit with our travel bags and immediately came out to the road and took things from my husband and myself, and helped us up to our suite. The room we stayed in was comfortable, very tastefully decorated with many options for storing our things, with a fantastic bed and great linens. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and again, had many options for storing our toiletries. I loved that Palermo Historia offers hair conditioner in the bathroom, unlike some other European places we've stayed! The breakfast offered is a good start to your day with an offering of cereals, juices, and various savoury pastries and cakes. There are a number of good breakfast places within a five-minute range if you need more protein, but we were satiated with the delicious pastries that were offered. I didn't realize what a great location Palermo Historia is situated in, until we stayed there! We were able to walk to many attractions and had a massive amount of choice for restaurants and snacks. We never needed to use public transport, and walked to all our points of interest, and our meet-up places for booked tours.

Centrally Located, Spacious, and Super Apartment

The inn is centrally located and just a few minutes to many major sights and great restaurants. Our room was clean and very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay at Palermo Historica. Paolo was friendly and responded quickly to all of our questions before during our stay. He was very helpful, provided good advice on what to see, and also arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station.
