This property is huge, beautiful, and centrally located. However, there are a few issues that bring it down: 1. It’s incredibly noisy at night with all the outdoor bars on the street below. They actually provided ear plugs and the double paned windows hardly make a dent in the noise. I wish this has been disclosed prior to booking because it doesn’t quite down until after 2:30. Thankfully, I travel with a mini sound machine which helped a little. The property would be wise to have one in each bedroom. 2. Only two towels were provided for 5 nights for two people. While there is laundry in the unit, there is no dryer, so if you washed the towels, they wouldn’t be dry for a day. An extra set of towels would have made a huge difference. 3. Some of the bathroom features were broken or didn’t work like the towel holder and warmer. 4. While not at this property or with this local team, Wonderful Italy isn’t very wonderful at communication or customer service. Don’t expect them to make accommodations.

Brilliant apartment in a handy location

The apartment is brilliant! Lots of space, everything you need for a few days. The beds were comfy too. The kitchen is pretty small but we didn’t go to cook as the food is brilliant almost everywhere. Plenty of plates and cutlery. One shower is quite small so if you’re a bigger person might be a squeeze but there are two anyway. Lots or cupboards/wardrobes for clothes too. The TV was handy and the internet handled phones, tablets and streaming fine. Communication is fantastic as well. Close to the train station. Near bus routes. Walkable to parks. The restaurant downstairs has incredible pasta and amazing antipasto. The only downside, especially if you are a light sleeper or have a family who need to sleep early - the area is quite loud (the windows rattled on a few occasions!). Even until after midnight due to the restaurants downstairs/outside and loud cars blasting music. We were very tired after lots of exploring so it didn’t really bother us and our toddler slept through it all. But worth mentioning.
