Walking up to the property you would think you were in the wrong part of town. Even looking the door you would be skeptical. However, once you enter, everything was fabulous. Great staff, clean property, very nice accommodations. It was evident the property has just been remodeled in some areas and there are some punch-list items that need to be finished. Gym needs more equipment. Aside from that, our stay was great. I would stay again.

The staff was excellent! The hotel was in the middle of the old district and walkable to many sights including the ocean. The front door was a shocker but would not change it realizing it fit the age of the area with electronic lock. Have absolutely no negative comments for our entire stay.

The absolute best in Palermo

The hotel is just lovely. The rooms are comfy and clean, the pools are also amazing. I think that the highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. I think that this was the best service I ever had. Incredibly polite, kind, caring and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place. It's amazing.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service oriented staff. The only comment of concern is that a later night roof top patio gathering at the hotel right above our room went very late and kept us up unfortunately. Otherwise, a special place in Palermo.

We are a family of four. Our 7 year old twins enjoyed this hotel. The staff were amazing! They were always ready to help with anything from breakfast, taxi rides, etc. the location is close to everything. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you. Locals are friendly. We felt safe walking around at night. The center is about 10-15 minute walk. You’ll get used to locate the main streets once you figure out where the main attractions are. Used google maps daily.

Excellent (truly hidden!) gem in Palermo.

This is an incredible little boutique hotel in a great area of old town Palermo- easy to walk places and we were sad we only stayed one night. The pool was lovely, staff was amazing as well as the owner Massimo. The room itself was a loft and so well appointed, with cool retractable shades upstairs. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and though we were going to have to check out early and miss it, we were able to place a last minute order when our flight was delayed. We will be back!!

This was a lovely experience. Clean, modern and spacious rooms and extremely helpful staff. It’s very new so still a few small kinks/touches being ironed out but overall we had a really nice stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful jacuzzi and the thoughtful breakfast. Very comfortable beds too.
