Charming and cozy apartment in a Liberty villa with garden in Mondello.



The apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Ammirata, accessible by external stairs leading to the beautiful private terrace. Villa Ammirata is surrounded by a charming furnished garden available to guests. The terrace, the highlight of the apartment, is furnished with table, sofas and a barbecue and is the perfect place to enjoy the sun or relax in the open air during your holidays. The terrace leads to the living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, kettle and coffee machine. A corridor leads to the sleeping area, featuring two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, one with an en suite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Great location for the beach and far enough away from Palermo to be quiet.

Easy, simple and friendly. The kitchen could do with some more essentials, but this doesnt make the stay any less than it should be.
